They had less staff than normal because of the holidays, and still got my vehicle completed sooner than I expected. I can count on Mark and Robert who also helped me while Mark was on vacation to make sure and still got my vehicle completed sooner than I expected. I dont know the names of the technicians but they do a great job every time. I trust them to keep my vehicle running like new. I highly recommend Mac Haik. More

I took my truck into have a leak in the cab checked. Originally Mark was helping me and was working with me on it, but he left on vacation and sort of fell apart from there. Never called me to tell me my truck was done -I had to call them to find out. When I went to pick it up since they had replaced my carpet they had tossed my belongings from the back seat into the bed of the truck and just left them there rolling around in the back. I noticed my jumper cables were missing so I went back in to ask about them. The manager James came out and basically told me they had expensive jumper cables and had not reason to take mine. I explained I wasn't saying they had taken them and maybe misplaced them, but either way they were gone. He begrudgingly goes to look and low and behold finds them on the techs bench. My back window they replaced was covered in hand prints - they didn't even wash it after they installed it and it was filthy. There was carpet threads from the carpet install all over my dash and they didn't clean it. I noticed they had broken off a large clip on the handle on the truck. This clip has to popped back into place and so there is no way a tech broke it and didn't know it so basically broke it and just was hoping I wouldn't notice. I noticed they had opened the sun roof as the shade was pulled back and when I went to test it the sunroof no longer worked. I had to take the truck back the next day to get the sunroof fixed. Now James tells me the tech didn't mess with the sunroof and so they didn't break it, but they fixed it for me anyways. Sunroof was not broken before I went in and I know the tech had messed with it because the cover was retracted. I finally pick up my truck and the person who fixed my sunroof left greasy finger prints all over the roof of my truck. So after spending $2000 to fix my truck I get it back in worse condition than I took it in and am going to have to have it cleaned due to their service. More
