For the "first" service on our new vehicle, we took the car to Mac Haik. On the day to be picked up, an employee smashed the front end of the car (we were told by a third party) in their parking lot when taking it to the car wash. There was considerable damage done to our car. Thirty-three days later we finally picked up our car. There were many issues to get to this point, but supposedly the dealership was reimbursed for their expenses (by the third party), but we now have a car worth considerably less in trade-in value. More
