I took my car into Quick Lane on Monday to get serviced and they did a lot of work. Tune-up, brakes all the way around, oil change, new filters for cabin, seats, and engine. Almost $2000.00 and the receipt and they did a lot of work. Tune-up, brakes all the way around, oil change, new filters for cabin, seats, and engine. Almost $2000.00 and the receipt says they checked engine belts, they didn't. 5 days later I threw an alternator belt. Battery failed before I got there the very next Monday and I had to get a tow. When I got there I was told they couldn't look at it until the next Friday. I had to call a friend's husband to help me get my car to a garage that would fix it. It took hours, but we got it checked by a mechanic that told me I needed all the engine belts replaced. Alternator, power steering, and serpentine belts. 2 days and $500.00 more dollars, I'm back to work. No thanks to Quick Lane at Mac Haik. I will not go back, nor will I recommend Quick Lane. More

I made the apt. 2 weeks prior for an engine light check and recall. I was assigned to JR who I told me to come early and that my car would probably be there for 2-3 2 weeks prior for an engine light check and recall. I was assigned to JR who I told me to come early and that my car would probably be there for 2-3 days. I was totally surprised to get a call the same afternoon saying it was ready to go. I picked up the same day and spoke briefly with JR who explained about the engine light and offered suggestions on how to avoid setting off the engine light in the future. I was very pleased with the customer service as well as the servicing of my car! More

I appreciate service rep staying on top of things and keeping in contact updating me on changes as they come.
