Got back sooner than thought Appreciated the hard work this shop accomplishes especially with 3 days before the holiday. The service employee explained what service was performed and the extra that was completed. I was extremely pleased. Only thing was that when I got back to the car the sensor light was still on. I immediately went back inside and was told that it was "written down", that I would need to make an appointment with the main service shop to take care of the sensor. It was probably old and needed to be replaced. I should have been told, someone from the main shop could have come over and maybe be fixed that day. More

Mac Haik Toyota Service Center is the BEST In the past 18 months I’ve had to visit the service center 4-6 times and each time the service experience surpasses the previous visit. There tends to be a stigma that dealerships are just there to overcharge you and don’t really take care of you, but I’ve got to say this group is so much more different in a great way. They always go above and beyond to take care of my truck and it’s very much appreciated!!! More

Taylor is the man Taylor took great care of us. My truck was having issues and I was told by a company that my alternator was bad. Taylor made a few suggestions and got Taylor took great care of us.
