I came in requesting to see 2 cars specifically. The sales team point of contact refused to show me the car I requested.. Once I agreed to purchase the car this is what the sales person said, " We have this car listed originally at 27k, reduced to 24k but I know you need it so I'm going to give 2k for your trade in and sell this car for 19,500" While I was waiting I overhear another sales team member loudly say, "this lady wants a car with low miles for $8000. I'm going to tell her walk off a cliff. Just walk off a cliff for $8000." I go to the financing area and wait, while I am there I look on the website and see the car I was preparing to purchase is listed for 18,944. When I confront the sales person about this not only was he not surprised, he told a clear lie that "it must have just been reduced" I chose to not trade my car in because of the deceitful nature of my interaction with the overall team. My experience with the sales deceitful and, honestly threatening to overhear such crass conversations in the sales team open office area about potential car buyers. The car itself is a good car and in good shape, however I would not return to purchase a car at this location and I would not recommend it to family or friends, or anyone. ** I have no opinion of Gerald West, he was not my point of contact for the purchase of this vehicle. I had an appointment for an oil change and state inspection at 9:30 which I was on time for. There was a large rush at the time, so I expected some delay, but I had an appointment. While I was waiting, everyone who was in the waiting area had their service completed, and I saw probably a dozen others come and go (including walk-ins). My truck was still parked in the lot. It was moved in and out of the service bay three times (first time, for about 2 minutes). After an hour I asked why my truck was still not being serviced, and was told that I just happened to come in at a busy time. I'd understand that if I did not have an appointment. The service took 2 full hours to complete, and when checking out, I learned that I wasn't even checked in until 10am, 30 minutes after I handed over my keys. I did get a $20 discount, but no explanation other than the state inspection "probably pushed it over the top." I challenged that and the service rep told me that inspections take about 20 minutes. Okay. Oil change and inspection still should not take nearly that long, especially when I was there with an appointment and saw walk-ins being serviced and completed numerous times while my truck was still parked in the lot. It seems mandatory that I rate each individual. I don't recall, so I am going to mark each as a 3. FOLLOWUP EDIT: The dealership reached out to me and I am very happy with the resolution.
