I’ve been doing my due diligence and researched each and every Toyota dealership within Houston and its surrounding areas. Many didn’t have the new Toyota Tundra models, let alone the one I was looking for. every Toyota dealership within Houston and its surrounding areas. Many didn’t have the new Toyota Tundra models, let alone the one I was looking for. I then got in touch with Fred Haas Toyota World, they tried to sell me $62K option truck which I didn’t need. Then one more simple option arrived but it didn’t have BSM, parking sensor assist and other safety sensors that I must have. But they had the one with TSS package with black tires. They tried to sell me that one and kept telling me I can install BSM aftermarket. I felt bad for car buying process but kept going. Contacted Kaeting Toyota. That experience totally drained and exhausted me because I was extremely low balled on my trade-in, then they had very expensive dealer adds, and my financing option didn’t look good at all, in fact it could be someone’s monthly rent amount. I got so disappointed and began to lose hope until I met Kurt Sheets at Mac Haik Toyota. This man and that dealership are truly keeping the industry’s benchmarks for trust and transparency. I got very good trade-in value, super sweet price on the Tundra I was looking to buy, they had an exact option, and my financing wasn’t outrageous. Throughout the entire process, nobody pushed me any extras, finance officer Rick was beyond great and understood my situation. This one experience absolutely was unreal. From what I could see, the service tech was quite through. The oil change and ancillary services for $40 with the coupon was a bargain. There was about a 15 minute delay from the time the work had fi through. The oil change and ancillary services for $40 with the coupon was a bargain.
