I arrived once the service department opened and waited 2 hours for a simple oil change. After the 2 hours the employee told me that the techs had spilled oil on the motor and took it to be cleaned off. Anot hours for a simple oil change. After the 2 hours the employee told me that the techs had spilled oil on the motor and took it to be cleaned off. Another 20 minutes. After that I was ready to go except I could smell burning oil coming through the vents. This lasted for several days. Overall not a happy customer. More
