Terrible experience. Truck is still not fixed because of a part that they installed that is messed up or they just forgot it in the first place. Now waiting on a reopen o Truck is still not fixed because of a part that they installed that is messed up or they just forgot it in the first place. Now waiting on a reopen of my claim so they can order another part. After they told me my truck was fixed and I drove to get it inspected and failed. Now I paid for that inspection and won't get it in time because of this. Someone dropped the ball here and no one wants to step up and say anything. I emailed the manager and got nothing back. I doubt they will even give me an inspection after they try and fix my truck again. But I am owed it for them not comunicating with me properly and not checking to see if my truck was fixed in the first place. More

The service was not good for myself, good for my daughter as I signed her papers, but when I wanted a car they blew it off, and told me I had to keep paying on my Mercedes, they could not help nor acted is as I signed her papers, but when I wanted a car they blew it off, and told me I had to keep paying on my Mercedes, they could not help nor acted is if they did not care, very rude and there's no excuse for this matter, I will never by a car from them. Make sure you look at the value of your car… make sure they don’t play you with numbers… and last don’t let them run your credit without your permission because they ran mine without my permission. I was they don’t play you with numbers… and last don’t let them run your credit without your permission because they ran mine without my permission. I was pre approved with my credit union in less than 5 minutes and was ready to go for buyers order and they changed the numbers at the last minute due to their mistake. All I have to say is do your research before going to any dealership and make sure everything is ready to go before heading to the finance department. More
