With the exception of Ralph Accardo who is great, service deserves a zero. My car had a fuel line replaced in Dec. On driving home after pickup, the heater did not work correctly. A few days later when the deserves a zero. My car had a fuel line replaced in Dec. On driving home after pickup, the heater did not work correctly. A few days later when the AC was needed we discovered the AC controls also do not work correctly although it blows cold air. AC and heater worked well before this service was performed. Service proclaims the malfunction is not due to their service but stated it now requires another repair service for $2,000. Very disappointed in Mac Haik after having done business (3 cars and a lot of service) with you for 22 years. More

I went to the service area and was told I needed to go to the express area. The waiting room there was very small and crowded. There was not a place to work on my computer.
