Brought my 2022 Tundra in for repair and you kept it for a day and then said you had to order the part. You called and said the part was in so I made an appointment and brought the truck in the second time. a day and then said you had to order the part. After leaving the truck with you I received a call stating you had ordered the wrong part and the one needed is on back order (same response as first trip). Now I will have to bring the truck in a third time. My service rep Sandra has been very friendly each trip and kept me updated as expected. More
