In for an oil change and tire rotation. Upon completion, I was handed my bill without any explanation as to the service performed. No tire tread depth info. No brake pad info. Nothing. And the biggest complaint...MY SEAT WAS COMPLETELY RE-ADJUSTED. WHY??? The "runner" is only in my vehicle for about 1 minute. LEAVE MY xxxx SEAT ALONE!!!!!! There is no need for them to adjust anything at all for the length of time they are in my vehicle. More

This was a pretty good experience up until I got custody of the car. After the car was paid for, Mr. West presented me one key fob (he stated there were 2), and that it looks like the back of the fob is mi of the car. After the car was paid for, Mr. West presented me one key fob (he stated there were 2), and that it looks like the back of the fob is missing but it is supposed to look that way. After I got home, I found out, the fob was supposed to have a back side that holds a car key in it (which I also did not get). Now I have to go to Mazda and order more keys and an extra fob! Maybe Mr. West was told incorrectly, but it was a huge disappointment just as I was getting ready to drive home with the vehicle. While we were meeting with the numbers guy, (I traded in a car and paid cash for the rest), he was very motivated to sell me an all-weather warranty. When I told him no, he immediately put up a shield and was no longer quite as friendly as he was when we entered the room. Odd. More
