Adam Bates was very helpful and has continued to be even after the sale. The only negative was that there were basically no vehicles on the lot to compare and try out before purchase. In my case there was one vehicle that was reserved for someone else, but it fell through so I bought it! This did limit choice on trim/add-ons. It's basically like, "This is what we have, so if you like it, here ya go". Worked out for me. More

I brought my 4 Runner in due to the back hatch struts not working anymore. They diagnosed the problem quickly, Ralph explained to me that I need new struts, he ordered them and set the appointment to be ins working anymore. Hopefully the struts will come in right away and the hatch will be repaired next week. More

I was told that due to cuts in my windshield wipers, inspection could not be done. The wipers are pretty new. Went to another inspection place and no problem. Car passed inspection just fine. Went to repair dept,. Ms Flores told me they could not look at the car for a week. Asked about the light and she said if it started blinking or the car stopped to bring it in. Oh and the diagnostic fee was $175.00. I said that 2 weeks ago it was $75 and she said "well, it went up". That did it. After 20+ relationship with Starr/Haik I am done. Took me car to an auto place and they tested the system and found the problem and recommended another dealer. And there was no charge. So...........Goodbye. More
