Only dealership that I’ve ever seen that has 2 separate service departments. If you want an oil change… no problem. If you have other issues, like recalls or AC… you better make an appointment a month out. More

Thank you for your feedback. Each individual inspector is responsible for pass or failure on state inspection, not the dealership. Our diagnostic fee has been $175 since May 2022.
