Express service was a joke. I had an appointment, but still had to wait TWO hours for a vehicle inspection and wheel rotation. This is NOT an express department! The only reason I'm giving two stars is that one young man finally went over to the other service department to borrow an inspector. Otherwise, I'd probably still be sitting there! More
