When calling Monday to book an oil change, tire rotation and wiper replacement at 10:54, 56, 58 and 59am, each time I was hung up on when being transferred to the Express Department. At 11:00am, the nice lady who answered said she was in business development and apologized for my trouble and kindly booked the appointment for 9:30am Tuesday. When I arrived, the young man behind the counter greeted me quickly and made sure the Highlander was serviced right away. My vehicle was completed in about 30minutes, which is very quick compared to most service appointments. The service advisor told me it was ok to throw away my printed service sheet and receipt when I asked him if that was alright; I didn't need to keep it. Further, he said the truck was completed and the technician would be pulling it out of the bay shortly, and I could meet him out front. As advised, I met the technician as he stopped, opened the read driver door to put my personal items in the back seat, greeted him saying good morning and thanked him for pulling the car up for me. Rather than responding in kind, he aggressively asked me for a copy of my service record. I told him I threw it away. He said, "I'm not giving you the keys unless you can prove this is your vehicle." I told him my service advisor said it was ok to toss it, but please bring me my keys when you reconcile this is in fact MY CAR!! Instead, he hastily shook his head, walked inside the waiting room, placed my key on the counter without talking to anyone, and returned to the shop, while I sat in my non-running car in the Summer. In Summary, my opinion, it should be easier to book an oil change; I don't have this trouble getting work done on my F-150 at McRee Ford - Ever! Also, the transaction in delivering a completed automobile should be smoother, and friendlier. More

Tried to use two coupons. First for synthetic oil change at $74.99, which was limited to 5 quarts and my Sequoia uses 7-8, so I was told after they charge me for the extra 2-3 First for synthetic oil change at $74.99, which was limited to 5 quarts and my Sequoia uses 7-8, so I was told after they charge me for the extra 2-3 quarts I would pay more than the standard rate. So this coupon is useless for large SUV/Truck owners. Second coupon was a mailer I received for $10 off, which I used. However, when I got the bill, it was slightly higher than the bill for my last oil change (without coupon). I confirmed that the coupon had been applied, and was told "prices have gone up". My biggest complaint is that if you post a coupon, everyone should get some discount, regardless of vehicle size. This is really to your advantage since you identify maintenance issue during oil changes, which can help generate more service revenue for your shop when folks come in for routine maintenance (like oil changes). More
