This was my 3rd time there every time has been great until this tome because when I received the paper at the end and the multi point inspection was not done correctly. The technician just checked everything green cause it a fairly new truck. They marked the windshield green when it’s has some large cracks in it and should have been marked yellow. And now with the advisor was great but I have received alerts from carfax saying I some recalls on the truck but he didn’t mention it just seem he wanted to get me in and out. But I had to ask about the recalls. So but the main reason I will not be back if the technician can’t do a multi point right how do I know if rest of the work was done correctly More

I have to retract my previous review of Marc Renjard. I just soke with him after he phoned me. Turns out there was miscommunication amongst his reception staff. Had to call 3 times before talking with a staff was able to schedule my appointment. When I arrived they did not have my appointment scheduled. When I left the seat in my vehicle was not moved to it's origi to schedule my appointment. When I arrived they did not have my appointment scheduled. Mike Pendleton and Darren Day were awesome! After multiple attempts to reach the GM Marc Renjard via phone and email with no response to either, i visited the dealership to visit with Marc in p After multiple attempts to reach the GM Marc Renjard via phone and email with no response to either, i visited the dealership to visit with Marc in person, with no intention on purchasing a new truck, just to inquire as to when my truck would be fixed and returned. He was out of course and i met Darren. Darren was very helpful, after i was told that it could be months before i could get my truck back, i pulled the trigger on purchasing a new tundra. Thanks again to Darren and Mike! These two individuals would be the only two reasons i would say to purchase a vehicle from this dealer. The GM at this location is terrible! More
