I just visited this location for the first time and am overall very happy with my experience here. I scheduled an appointment online the day before for some quick routine maintenance. At the dealership, I overall very happy with my experience here. I scheduled an appointment online the day before for some quick routine maintenance. At the dealership, I was helped by Mr. James Horton and would definitely recommend him. He was very helpful and pleasant to speak with. I chose to drop off my car and was given an estimated wait time of an hour. Exactly one hour later I received the call to let me know that my vehicle was ready for pickup. Sandra was able to squeeze me in the same day I called and was very patient in answering my questions and accommodating my requests. Eric the mechanic also addressed my concerns and did a good job.
