I've usually had great experiences with them in the past, but yesterday I found myself completely disappointed. I purchased tires from the service department and got only 25k miles on them. They were rotat but yesterday I found myself completely disappointed. I purchased tires from the service department and got only 25k miles on them. They were rotated and balanced when needed. When i purchased the tires I was told that I had a lifetime warranty on the tires not just for roadside service. I found this strange, but made the purchase. When I went to the service department yesterday and was told that I needed 4 new tires, I told them that I had a warranty on them. OF course, no warranty. Just a service guy that had to make a sale for whatever incentive you were running at the time on getting customers to get new tires. I felt completely deceived and will be hesitant to bring my vehicle back in for any type of work. You can look into your system and see who sold me the tires. I was so angry yesterday that I took my truck to discount tire and gave them my business. More
