Mason was great at the front desk. However, the service took way too long. I had an appointment at 9:00 am. They told me it should be finished in 2-3 hours. I called at 2:00, 3:00, finally truck was ready took way too long. I had an appointment at 9:00 am. They told me it should be finished in 2-3 hours. I called at 2:00, 3:00, finally truck was ready at 5:45 pm. Ruined my afternoon plans. More

The experience with Robert and the team was fantastic. GREAT communication, updates and understanding of my current situation. I also appreciate the follow up and updates after I left the dealership. The service to my Tundra was quick and efficient. The mechanic did forget to change the turn signal bulb as written on the order, but the service assistant caught it, had the bulb replaced, and only char mechanic did forget to change the turn signal bulb as written on the order, but the service assistant caught it, had the bulb replaced, and only charged me for the bulb.
