I have great experiences so far! I bought my 2021 Venza in February and got hit from behind in May. The parts did take time to come in but no fault of the dealership. It was a supply chain issue that the whole US was experiencing. But, the dealership did paint parts as they arrived so that I didn't have to have my car in the shop but for a short time. The collision center did a great job matching the paint and fixing everything! The Express service center is really professional. My salesman, Philip, was great as was the finance manager! More

Mason was great at the front desk. However, the service took way too long. I had an appointment at 9:00 am. They told me it should be finished in 2-3 hours. I called at 2:00, 3:00, finally truck was ready took way too long. I had an appointment at 9:00 am. They told me it should be finished in 2-3 hours. I called at 2:00, 3:00, finally truck was ready at 5:45 pm. Ruined my afternoon plans. More

The biggest issue I have with other service companies is always being the one to call back and check in. I did not have to do this at anytime with Mac Haik service. I always felt up to date. More
