While yes, they did change my tire… I came in knowing there was a nail in it causing a leak. They first took my car and inspected the tire. Within 5 minutes they informed me it was a false read and there there was a nail in it causing a leak. They first took my car and inspected the tire. Within 5 minutes they informed me it was a false read and there was no issue with the tire at all and I was good to go. Once I mentioned knowing there was a nail they corrected themselves then informed me it was actually an un-patchable issue. So I had to get a new tire. I’m not upset by the new tire, I was assuming the worst. But the lack of care to actually check my tire in the beginning really upset me. More
