Looking at the different maintenance items that were listed on your repairs order, I am sure you were made aware of the wait time for your vehicle to cool down in order to complete the transmission fluid exchange. We continue to work and train our technicians to handle our customer's vehicle with respect. Hi Mary, first.. I was not made aware of the cool down. I was told the reason it would take so long is because there was only 1 tech working that was able to change trans fluid. I’m afraid my point was missed so I will try again. I made an “appointment” for 9am knowing it would be 1 hr or less cool down and no more than an hour to change oils and trans fluid so I planned to be able to pick up my truck by noon but instead I was told I should plan to pick it up just before 4pm. When I asked why since I made an appointment, I was told you do not take appointments on the weekends. This is a management issue. If you don’t take appointments on the weekends, why was I not told that when I called to make the appointment? Had I been told it’s first come first serve on weekends then I would have worked around that policy. Thank you for addressing the stereo issue.
