Jon got me in for an oil change and a new set of tires when I'd originally only scheduled an oil change and rotation. He got the wheel alignment done and even though he warned me of the wait, still got me when I'd originally only scheduled an oil change and rotation. Salesperson: Alex Lawrence had an upbeat attitude as he assisted us while choosing which Toyota would be selected. We had just left KIA and were making a comparison of their Sorento SUV. He said that they are gaining in popularity but the value of the Toyota, after purchase, is stronger. We went over several Toyota upgrades in safety since our 2018 Toyota purchase. I felt Alex as our buying assistant. He is a 'star' team member. He spoke highly of the managers to whom he had to confer. Alex, Lawrence, and Ray privately discussed our payment requirements and qualifications. Alex offered great financial advice as well. After Alex helped us , we met Ray in your finance department who also had our interests in mind. We wanted to turn down the extended warranty. Ray asked why? Then he told us about the expensive windshield replacement, without recourse due to high tech built in to the windshield. Ray said Toyota wants to help with this by offering the warranty half off. Ray helped us work the payments within our limits. We returned to Alex as he effortlessly set up the highly intricate Apple Play and Toyota connection on my phone and car. He arranged a meeting with me for the following day, to go over more Toyota features. The friendly and hardworking Toyota team sold us the car we wanted, in one day. Thank you Toyota! More

I was over charged on the vehicle that I purchased. I am not happy with this product. Sammy was good enough but after looking at the Kelly blue book value I was charged $3,000 more than I should.
