I’m very upset about this last visit to Mac Haik I have had this car since November and nobody has ever worked on it other than Nac Haik for a oil change my daughter drives this car we visited the service had this car since November and nobody has ever worked on it other than Nac Haik for a oil change my daughter drives this car we visited the service before when the car first started doing the warning they said they would have to keep the car but my daughter had to go to school and needed the vehicle so this week was the soonest she could bring it back and they said it was covered with the warranty saying it looked like someone cut it when I think that is crazy! Nobody has ever touched this car other than you guys so now they want me to pay 800 to fix something I never knew existed I wasn’t pleased at all More

He organized the required service items to be addressed for my Venza and we discussed the required follow-up appointments. I found his prioritizing of the service items very helpful and it will assist in planning my follow-up service appointments.
