My vehicle was not properly protected from weather ( I had a window that would not close and it began raining) without my intervention. Signage for mask requirement was prominently displayed, yet it appea had a window that would not close and it began raining) without my intervention. When you consider that the CDC guidelines recommend wearing a mask to protect others, what does that say as an organization on a customer service level? Whether or not the employees agree with the policy, it sends a clear message to their customers that they really don't care about their customers health and safety. More
