I took my car in for an oil change and had to have repair work done. The people were great and my service was handled exceptionally. My experience with Uber to take me home and bring me back was also handle work done. The people were great and my service was handled exceptionally. My experience with Uber to take me home and bring me back was also handled well. My only complaint was that the waiting room was too cold! I understand the service reps are busy and are hot but perhaps adjustments could be made to the vents to direct more air to their area of the room and less to the air where customers are just sitting and waiting. The dealership was honest and great to work with, I was time pressed and they worked hard to get my paperwork done on time, the cash sale was easy peasy as they were willing to negotiate. The on-line registration either with Mac Haik or "my Toyota" login did NOT work. I registered with both. Both said a rep would call to finalize schedule and did NOT. Only when I called Mac Haik directly did I get right in. Terribly mis-leading to "act" as if all on-line works, but doesn't. Honda works GREAT. Learn your lesson. 3. Do NOT give me my paperwork with dried blood on the document. Blood is not a problem with COVID19, but is with HIV, Hep A, Hep B, Hep C, etc.! John was helpful in answering questions. More
