I DO NOT recommend this dealership when purchasing a vehicle. They: 1. Pulled a bait & switch misrepresenting what was on their lot. 2. Refused to provide a retail breakdown of add-on accessori vehicle. They: 1. Pulled a bait & switch misrepresenting what was on their lot. 2. Refused to provide a retail breakdown of add-on accessories 3. Tried to pressure me into filling out a credit app even though we hadn’t agreed on a sales price 4. Provided misleading, partial or inaccurate answers to direct questions 5. Tried to wear me and my wife down by back-and-forth delay tactics Their behavior was so unscrupulous the manager actually ran into the parking lot and chased us down as we were leaving trying to salvage the sale after it was obvious we weren’t going to be taken advantage of. I found them to be unethical and unprofessional. Buyer beware! More
