The salesmen, Nick and Touny, were helpful in getting us the car that we wanted. Nick made the process of making the deal relatively painless and he provided us with floor mats. The finance process went pretty fast after I provided the application the night before and unfroze my credit. I received a competitive interest rate.. My wife and are enjoying the new car. We like the technical features and smooth ride. Car Play makes it easy to use our iPhone apps. The engine cutoff feature when stopping helps save gas, similar to a hybrid. I am happy to be back in a Toyota. More

I came in for a test drive to see how I'd like driving a truck. Scott took me to the model I wanted and was very nice. The service over all was great! I had them transport in a car for me from another deale truck. Scott took me to the model I wanted and was very nice. The service over all was great! I had them transport in a car for me from another dealership, so I had to come in the day after signing to pick it up - that's on me though. The front desk was not super helpful, when I would call to check on the status of the car being delivered, they sent me to Scott, who had the day off - it seems like the front desk could've helped me instead of asking a salesperson to come in on his day off (since I'd already purchased the car). Overall a good experience, just a strange interaction with the front desk, but maybe I don't understand car dealership politics. At any rate, 10/10 would shop Mac Haik again. Thanks Scott! More
