I told your service department last time it was in the shop that they really need to put a new tire o Mary Good morning and thank you for your reply. I told your service department last time it was in the shop that they really need to put a new tire on the rim they scratched as well as fix the other problems. The reason for this is because the tire on the rim they scratched is not holding air. Why I do not Know. Now it is August 26th am. Was going to go out of town for storm but i cannot because I have a flat tire.. If I take it back to Mac Haik I'm sure to get the runaround. I do not enjoy this . This cost me hours and time from my day at work. I'm tempted to take the wheel and tire to a 3rd party to fix , get a report and send Mak Haik the bill and results. However not sure Mak Haik would honor. Now I'm left with what to do. This will be the 3rd time the truck is in shop in less than 2 weeks. More
