Just found out the rear differential leaked oil all the way to Colorado after they serviced the differential fluids. We are hoping no terrible damage was done. First thing I noticed was how clean the dealership was when I arrived. Everyone seen with proper PPE for the current Covid-19 situation going on. It was my first time purchasing a vehicle ever and everyth when I arrived. Everyone seen with proper PPE for the current Covid-19 situation going on. It was my first time purchasing a vehicle ever and everything was very low pressure. I never once felt lured, cheated, or pushed into anything. Everyone was exceptionally helpful with my endless questions. Would absolutely recommend to a friend or colleague. Two service visits, two strikes. Came in for a tire alignment. Checking in the consultant pulled down his mask to take a drink or to spit chew, not sure which but could have waited t Came in for a tire alignment. Checking in the consultant pulled down his mask to take a drink or to spit chew, not sure which but could have waited the minute and a half I was in front of him. Was told it would be an hour and a half to two hours. I was not called when the service was completed. I arrived at the dealership two and a half hours after the appointment time, my truck was parked out front. I went in and was pointed to the cashier. I asked her if I should have received a call when the car was ready, we confirmed my number was correct in their systems. While paying I missed a call from the dealership and the same consultant came over and apologized for the delay. While driving home I noticed a wire harness was hanging down and bumping into my foot. Pulled over and it appeared to be the plug for the computer. I was able to secure it but not sure why it was needed for an alignment, no big deal, probably just standard stuff. Last time I had a service at this location I took my truck to the express service area. When I picked up my car the center counsel was open. Again not sure why they needed to be in there, I mentioned that last review and heard nothing. Two odd things in two consecutive visits, beginning to wonder about the service location. More

It was a pain in the xxx. Hardest buy I’ve had the past 10 years. Wait for this and that. Told me my trade wasn’t in my name, which it was. Had to wait for my truck tires to come in. Awesome service, facility, and staff! In the midst of COVID-19, the service was fantastic. I had an oil and filter change, tire rotation, and annual TX Inspection.
