Went in for an oil change and tire rotation, First of all the men manning the desk as you walk in looked and acted professional, good first impressions are always a good start. I was in just a short time and my car was whisked of to an empty bay to start and complete the work. I stepped out side and stood to watch the young men complete the service. Absolutely, prelesional ! There was no goofing around, it was lets get this done and done correctly. when the tires were rotated and put back on one person tightened the lug nuts and another followed with a torque wrench to verify the correct torque amount. On the oil change, I watched them install a new o-ring for the filter then install the filter and drain plug. As I watched them I thought, thats exactly how I do it. Then the mechanic torqued the drain plug too, I've never seen anyone do that before. About 40 minutes, I was back on the road again. I'm a believer in taking my car to those who know it best, certainly makes a difference. More

After making an appointment with Mac Haik’s service rep, the battery was replaced at no cost since it was still under warranty. More

Since I had to wait until the next day for them to get the part, I checked pricing online for the same part - this dealers price was 200% to 300% higher than the same part at several online locations. Flat Tire I went in under my warranty for a tire that had damage. Robert assisted me and got the tire replaced under warranty.
