Hostage went in with trade-in on 2003 sequoia and $5000 down payment made deal for $20,000 finance and after reviewing paper work realize the finance amount w went in with trade-in on 2003 sequoia and $5000 down payment made deal for $20,000 finance and after reviewing paper work realize the finance amount was $25,000 not sure how this happened except that we were worn down by late afternoon and just wanted to get out of there!! I asked for my keys to sequoia several times to go have lunch and think about deal, but were not given keys!! Almost like a hostage situation!!! This was the worst car buying experience I have ever had!! Will never purchase from this dealership again!! More
