After speaking with the service team, I found the specific time amount that the task was going to take. I had a hard set appointment later in the day and they confirmed that they would be completed before then. They offered a shuttle for me back home and sure enough an hour before the agreed time they called to shuttle me back to pickup my vehicle. Excellent work Service Team.
