What you expect for factory service. The waiting area is great - spacious, reasonably quiet, free coffee, cold water and popcorn, and has two nice long sofas! There is a long desk / work The waiting area is great - spacious, reasonably quiet, free coffee, cold water and popcorn, and has two nice long sofas! There is a long desk / work area with about 5 plugs you can use to plug in a notebook, recharge your mobile device, etc. With the free and fast wifi, you can get some other work or personal to-dos done. I thought I was at a Mercedes dealership! The work took about 3 hours to complete, but that was "as advertised." I suppose I could have taken advantage of the shuttle service, but at least I got some time to catch up a few of my to-dos (which included getting my car serviced!). I guess I could have purchased a to-go lunch or one of my other favorite snacks for the waiting area, as my service appointment was at 12:30. More
