Mechanic did not reset check engine maintenance light I had to make a second trip back to the dealership because the mechanic did not pay attention and do his job and failed to reset the maintenance check I had to make a second trip back to the dealership because the mechanic did not pay attention and do his job and failed to reset the maintenance check light. Very disappointed that I had to take time off of work to get back yet again as a simple routine change oil and rotate tires and just not what I expect from the professional mechanic. Please emphasize to the mechanic to pay attention. Most of my service work goes well, just not this time. More

Longer than expected I had the 20k service only to find that it had a recall. I then had to go from one building to another to get the work done. Not so Simple tire balancing I purchased a new 2019 tundra this summer. At Mac Haik Toyota. After driving it a bit I noticed a slight wobble in the steering wheel. Took the vehicl I purchased a new 2019 tundra this summer. At Mac Haik Toyota. After driving it a bit I noticed a slight wobble in the steering wheel. Took the vehicle in on 2 occasions. The wobble persisted and was told it was due to all-terrain tires. I’ve had many different trucks with many all-terrain tires and knew this was a false statement. I took my truck to DISCOUNT TIRE and 20 minutes later the problem was corrected. One of the front tires was improperly balanced. Can’t understand why the dealership service shop was unable to perform the balancing of ALL-TERRAIN tires. The customer service was great and the repairman was respectful and polite so I’m not going to list the names. Just disappointed the problem wasn’t solved the 1st trip in. More

Very expensive Oil change on my 2015 Lexus 2015 ES350 was $121.00. After checking other dealerships in the area this was the most expensive. Clear Lake Lexus quot Oil change on my 2015 Lexus 2015 ES350 was $121.00. After checking other dealerships in the area this was the most expensive. Clear Lake Lexus quoted me $89.00 including a car wash. This is a few more miles for me to drive, but where I will take my car from now on. More
