Done with buying from Here! Bought a new 2019 1794 Tundra. Came in the next day to get it cleaned and ELO set up got it cleaned and they took off my Born in Texas sticker off. ELO wasn't set up it has been over two weeks still not set up. Took my truck in on a Friday for bed liner to be put on after being called and told that they were ready for me to have it put on didn't get it back until Wednesday after pestering the salesman about when I would get it back. After they told me it would take half a day. and it would be ready for me Saturday Monday at latest. Was promised they would put my sticker back on for me never came through with that either. I know they made about 8k off me and they told me it wasn't their problem. this is the 5th tundra I have owned through Toyota financing and I'm going to Ron Carter from now on I'm not dealing with these jokers anymore. More

Feeling betrayed I purchased a 2019 Camry XSE from Mak Haik and initially I was comfortable making the purchase. Of course with all car purchases there is always the p I purchased a 2019 Camry XSE from Mak Haik and initially I was comfortable making the purchase. Of course with all car purchases there is always the price negotiation. During the negotiation the dealer price included a charge of about 1800.00 for a subscription to the ELO gps application. Don’t allow them to sell you this. I ended up with an app that only tells me where my car is but has many other features that they did not enroll me in. I was intrigued by the gps geofencing of the app but apparently 1800.00 does not cover it. I do love the car and have learned another valuable lesson in vehicle purchasing. More

The car was finished in 3 1/2 hrs! This is the type of service the dealership provides each visit. More
