Took my truck to repair a flat tire after a nail entered the mid of the thread. After a 1h30min wait, the salesman called me and said the tire was not repairable because the nail was on the tire sidewall. I the mid of the thread. After a 1h30min wait, the salesman called me and said the tire was not repairable because the nail was on the tire sidewall. I questioned him that I inspected the tire myself and was sure it was not on the sidewall. I even showed him a picture of it. He then argued that it was actually non repairable because there were 2 nails on it. I asked them to show me where the second nail. He called the tech and asked him to show me. When we got to the car, he could not find the second nail and again said the tire was not repairable because being close to the sidewall which was clearly not. Felt scammed and regretted buying this set of tires at this dealership in the past. More

Jim was very courteous and attentive to my needs. He was not pushy on any additional items that needed to be done. The oil/filter changed price was very competitive to other facilities in the area. They were quick and efficient and I will most likely use them again. More
