Everyone seems too busy to give good customer service , they don’t focus on customer. This review is not for my last visit, but a previous one. Always pleasant staff. Wait time was normal for services provided. The service department is appreciated for their completing only what is deemed necessary! The issue that caused the 4 star review was due to the cumbersome website; awkward to navigate, the appointment that I set up was not transferred to the service department (my appt time was honored). Also, the coupons on the website are not better than the normal prices...a waste of time for me. More
