Oil change was ok. ..didn't take long...apparently because the Multi-Point Inspection was pencil-whipped. One of the battery cables was lose, the Engine air filter was ..didn't take long...apparently because the Multi-Point Inspection was pencil-whipped. One of the battery cables was lose, the Engine air filter was dirty (I told the service person to not replace it, we do that ourselves, but I did not say "don't inspect it"}, it was full of road trash, the cabin filter was not even inspected, washer fluid was not refilled. The only reason I use this service is because I drive a Toyota. More
The service writers need to be more hospitable. Greet customer and if they are busy with other customer say we will be with you in a minute. Customer service was great at front desk. The mechanic not so much. They said my truck was ready but with check engine light on and multiple codes requiring dealer attention.
