Oil change was ok. ..didn't take long...apparently because the Multi-Point Inspection was pencil-whipped. One of the battery cables was lose, the Engine air filter was ..didn't take long...apparently because the Multi-Point Inspection was pencil-whipped. One of the battery cables was lose, the Engine air filter was dirty (I told the service person to not replace it, we do that ourselves, but I did not say "don't inspect it"}, it was full of road trash, the cabin filter was not even inspected, washer fluid was not refilled. Customer service was great at front desk. The mechanic not so much. They said my truck was ready but with check engine light on and multiple codes requiring dealer attention.
