Price was great, service documentation was great, service was slow. I had a 3 pm appointment, showed up at the service center just before 3 pm. My car didn't roll into the service bay until 3:30. Quick in, quick out - my 30K service was much less expensive than I expected. My only complaint is that when I made a reservation for service, their website said that shuttle service (dealership to expensive than I expected. My only complaint is that when I made a reservation for service, their website said that shuttle service (dealership to home and back) was available for the service I selected (and in fact, it would only let me select certain appointment times due to having selected the "shuttle" option), but when I got to the dealership, they said that it was not - it is only available for "major" service. Another customer after me had the same thing happen. They need to make their actual services provided match what is on the website, and vice-versa. As it turned out the service was relatively quick, but had it not been I would have been greatly inconvenienced. More
