Mr James at service proudly tell us I am the Manager here and rudely and very bad way inform us no drop off service. I think he forgot he is working with Toyota. If there is no drop of service then he must maintain better tone and good customer service reply. He think people coming there for free. Any way please tell him we are customers last 20 years and same dealership we bought almost 6 new car. Please check our accounts you will find our history. Only last car we bought from Keating Toyota Bz we get better price from them. We bought 2023 Toyota Rev 4 xle premium. They truly did not wanna fix my car. Just lazy. When i went to get my belongings out of the car at copart my vape,knife, and charger and also my plate were taken from the car. It’s ridic Just lazy.
