The price was not much more than if I had purchased the battery and put it in myself but I did not need to go through the trouble and the heat of doing so. More

I had relatively minor rear end damage to my 2017 Sienna limited along with some cosmetic touch up on the front bumper. It took a long time to process and then when I picked it up the 1st time, the bumper was the wrong color and there was a fog lamp missing where the touch up was done on the front. No quality control whatsoever at this body shop. The shop was a bit quicker to fix their errors and the rework only took a couple of days. Things looked OK but I later noticed the rear bumper flapping a bit - upon inspection underneath, I noted that there are pieces of hardware that they did not install after the rework. Again, no quality control or since of pride at this body shop. At this point, I am not going back to those clowns to leave my car for two days - I went down to my local car parts place and got the missing part for less than twenty dollars! Third time is a charm to fix - on my own dime! Still cheaper that the time I have wasted with this place. If you value your time, get your Toyota fixed elsewhere - the dealer service is not of value and the quality control just is not there. More
The service was good and unfortunately they were not able to make my Highlander give the same code telling me that my car wouldn’t start. But they did try hard to try to figure it out. to make my Highlander give the same code telling me that my car wouldn’t start. But they did try hard to try to figure it out. More
Shoddy workmanship I brought my 2008 Corolla to Mac Haik Toyota for an air bag recall. The people were very good at getting me in and taking care of my recall, however, I brought my 2008 Corolla to Mac Haik Toyota for an air bag recall. The people were very good at getting me in and taking care of my recall, however, while returning the car, I was notified that the mechanic had to make a repair on my shifter cable that happened to break while bring the car to me. This was done with no additional charges. A few days after I left the dealership, I noticed that one of my center console compartment doors was not quite closing. Looking more closely, I saw that one of the hinges were broken. I called the service department to let them know about it and told them I would like to bring it back up to after I returned from a July 4th vacation. When I did finally bring the car back, the lady that was helping me had to refer me to the service manager with my problem to which I was greeted (without his face covering mask I might add) that sorry, he could not help me. I explained the whole timeline incident to him but he blatantly said, "This is a 12 year old car! Things break. How do I know you didn't do it. Besides, you only bring this in for recall work." I agreed but told him that I had called with my concerns a week earlier but he wasn't having it. The best he could do is make me buy the part and they would put them in for me. I'm sorry, not good enough. I don't enjoy paying for someone else screw-ups. I finally agreed that I would do that but I asked if I can watch the same mechanic install this but I was informed that, "he is no longer with us". Not sure if I would bring my vehicle back to a place that tries to get away with breaking things and not owning up it it. More
