As we discussed the quote for the work performed was accurate, however the charge you mention was for a rental car you received for more than a few days while parts were on order, that is not refundable considering the repairs that were done on your 2008 Chevrolet. We were and are still willing to help with a future repair credit on your 2008 Chevrolet as a good will effort.
