I worked with Brian Mazal to negotiate the price & interest rate for my new car purchase via e-mail and phone. He was very helpful and understanding of the fact that I didn't want to go for the tradit interest rate for my new car purchase via e-mail and phone. Following that, I signed all the paperwork and finalized everything with Kamal when I arrived to pick up the vehicle. He was also friendly and helpful. He was a bit lacking in technical knowledge though; I thought his explanation of window VIN etching and wheel locks was a bit sketchy and uninformative. Understandable though since he's a salesperson and not a technical guy. Overall experience was good. I'll be back for service and accessories later and would recommend this dealer to a friend. More
