I've been going there for 20 years. I bought three cars there. I traded in two cars. Just leased a car there. There is a tv, news papers, free coffee/snacks, and a kids area! I honestly don't ever know if I get the best price, because there is so much involved and the bottom number for any car dealer seems to vary for so many reasons. Ads are always too good to be true. And I don't think the very lowest price is all that matters. I know for sure I got a fair deal and trust Madison Honda to stand behind the sale and now provide the best service. Madison Honda clearly works hard to train and retain the best people. My experience there is the empolyees know what they are doing and realize the customers are their customers who are spending lots of money. They all play a role in providing the value that keep me coming back to buy and service my cars. They treat me like they would want to be treated (try saying that about most places anymore). The heads of Sales and Service are long time Madison Honda reps, there all the time, hands on, and see/hear everything. This is not an "auto mall" selling factory with rookie sales people and cut throat sales managers and closers to trick people into add ons. It is a team-oriented dealership focused on building relationships with repeat customers. Don't get me wrong, you need to do your homework on what deals are going on when you buy a new car. You will get any deal there if it is offered elsewhere near by. If there are deals too good to be true, they will explain why and you move forward to discuss a fair deal. If you plan to shop, just make them your last place and I think you will be happy. More
