It was a pleasure to lease our Honda Pilot with Joe Tyson. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and a good listener (so he understood what we were looking for and our price requirements). The only problem was that the dealership was quite busy that day, and we had to wait more than 2 hours for our car to be prepped. I don't think this was Joe's fault - in fact he offered to loan us a car while we waited, explaining that it might be a while. Additionally, Joe and another salesman helped out in the service garage to expedite the process. We are enjoying our new car, and would be happy to recommend Madison Honda and Joe to our friends.
