I have never owned a Honda before. Working with Mark Stocke through the purchase was an excellent experience. He even ensured that my friend received the referral prize. I had received a quote online and Lauren Swingle was very friendly with me in explaining further regarding the quote. The quote was competitive compared to other dealerships when I had been speculating prices at our nearby Honda dealerships. Another important consideration for me was that if I am spending such large sum of money on a product, I also expect to receive quality service along with it. My previous experience with other dealerships (not just Honda) was not as great as compared to Madison Honda. I will definitely recommend Madison Honda to my family and friends. We were going back and forth between the EX and the EX-L. He took us to see both models with the color combinations we wanted. He was extremely patient with us; allowed us time to think things through; he answered all of our questions honestly and openly. Initially, I was very nervous being this was my first time purchasing a brand new car. Kamal made sure that our every need was attended to. We also worked with Jeff and Maureen who were very friendly, professional and understanding as well. Kamal, Jeff, and Maureen got us a good deal, and made sure it fit our financial needs. Kamal also sat with us throughout the process and even called to see if we needed anything. I was able to leave with the exact car I wanted on Saturday. I love my 2013 Honda Accord!!
