One man's good experience I bought my bottom-of-the-line 2005 Honda Pilot from Madison Honda(MH). It was fairly priced (although I have heard to the contrary from others who sh I bought my bottom-of-the-line 2005 Honda Pilot from Madison Honda(MH). It was fairly priced (although I have heard to the contrary from others who shopped there). All my service experiences were excellent, this last one in particular. My Pilot was blowing the left hand headlight fuse apparently at random. MH technicians found no apparent cause - a frayed wire or faulty connector for example. I was advised that a repair involving replacement of the wiring harness in whole or part would be unreasonably expensive in light of the age and mileage of the Pilot. MH could have gone ahead with such a repair and handed me a huge bill, but responsibly gave me their best advice instead. MH also provided me with a no-cost loaner vehicle for the entire week they kept the Pilot for various tests and efforts to reproduce the failure. There was no charge for their efforts. Everyone I interacted with was pleasant, friendly and helpful. Regardless of the outcome, it was a good experience. Meanwhile, I have another package of 20 amp fuses so as to be prepared for a recurrence of the problem - $3 instead of $3,000! More

It was excellent, the sales representative work with us . Sales representative gave us excellent service. Terrible leasing experience! Just leased a 2018 honda crv to replace our 2006 crv. Great and reliable cars. Have leased/bought vehicles for 40 years. Mistakes made by them..but Just leased a 2018 honda crv to replace our 2006 crv. Great and reliable cars. Have leased/bought vehicles for 40 years. Mistakes made by them..but also us for not CAREFULLY reviewing papers. We wanted the color Gunmetal and were told they had it on their lot. They brought the vehicle around (it was dark out and drizzling) so we took them at their word that it was the correct color. Turns out it was Dark Olive...never our color choice...but we trusted they brought the correct color out and we signed a contract and added over $1000 worth of extras. We were never told it wasn't the color we asked for. However, it was our fault for not looking at the papers before we signed. The very last page had the color. We were just checking the monthly payments and residual of the car. SO BEWARE! CHECK TO MAKE SURE YOU GET THE COLOR YOU WANT AND DONT TRUST THEM THAT WHAT YOU ARE SEEING IS ACTUALLY THAT COLOR! Turns out the color we wanted was on their lot, but whoever brought the car around brought the wrong one. So we are stuck with a color we dont like for three years. Check out the Bridgewater dealership because it is bigger and they have a lot of cars on display. Madison does have an exceptional service department, so if you get your car elsewhere, they could still take care of your car. More
