We chose to go to Madison Honda since it was the closest to our home. It was my first experience of leasing a car and I was very nervous. We told him about our budget, and he was very honest with us and told us the best he could do on this car was a bit more than we could afford. He promised to be in touch if anything comes up. I realized Madison Honda had an A+ BBB rating, which is really important and wished they could make a good deal for us. Few days later, Mark called me and said that they got some cash from Honda toward the down payment and that he knows how much I want this car and that he really wanted to help me out. Needless to say, I was very happy and now I have a car that I really wanted. The overall impression is the dealership is friendly and has a neighborhood feel. Kamal was very friendly and polite and was determined to satisfy us in finding the right vehicle. I returned to purchase car mats, because the ones that come with the vehicle are quite light in weight. I have now purchased three cars from Madison Honda (an accord, a CRV and a Pilot) and I frequent the service center due to convenience and quality of the service personnel. When I received the 150 point inspection certification papers, not all the boxes were checked (and there was no explanation for why the ones that weren't checked weren't) and Kamal could see I was concerned....so he quickly summoned the service center supervisor, John and John personally checked out all the items in question and returned with an explanation for each. John is very polished. Buying a car can be quite a streesful process, with the shopping, test drives, options selections, negotiation, financing, warranty decisions, but Madison Honda makes it easy.....it only took 3 hours in total. I called Madison Honda and they had the car I wanted. I'm very happy with the deal I made, I think the extra add on I ordered were a bit priced over retail value. I had them do the work for the lack off free time I have to do it on my own. All said and done, I would recommend Madison Honda to a friend or family member. More
