After my 2002 Toyota Echo was totaled i was dreading the prospect of buying a new car, but i took the recommendation of a friend and went to Madison Honda and thank goodness i did. I did a lot of research a prospect of buying a new car, but i took the recommendation of a friend and went to Madison Honda and thank goodness i did. I did a lot of research and decided i wanted a new Fit, and knowing exactly what i could get one for from a couple of other dealers i decided to try Madison Honda first. My salesman Adrian was very nice and knowledgeable, and recognizing that i was serious about buying and not just kicking tires he didn't apply the hard sell. I told him what number i couldn't go above, and after a little back and forth we had a deal. Two days later i was driving off the lot in a 2013 Fit. When i got there Adrian was with another customer so the salesman at the next desk Bob showed me to the car and he was very nice and helpful as well. I financed through my bank so i can't comment on their financing, but Adrian, Bob and Mike who check us out were all great. The whole experience was about as low pressure as a car buying experience can be, so i recommend these guys guys very very highly. More

We were surprised by how great our car buying experience was at Madison Honda. We first went there on a Friday night close to closing time (my husband works crazy hours) and were lucky to get Mark Hathaway was at Madison Honda. We first went there on a Friday night close to closing time (my husband works crazy hours) and were lucky to get Mark Hathaway as our salesman. He took his time showing us all the features of the CR-V, allowed both of us to test drive it and never once pressured us to make a decision about buying. I'm the type of person that needs to sleep on a big decision and I don't like high pressure sales tactics. If you're at all like me, this is the dealership for you. Mark's approach was that the product spoke for itself and he didn't need to play games with us about the car - if we liked it, we would buy it. It really made the buying process that much easier for me because all the pressure was gone. We went back the next morning and bought my beautiful 2012 CR-V for a great price! The only down side was that we had to wait a long time to talk to finance but that's probably because SO many people were buying cars there! Bottom line - if you want a stress free buying experience with knowledgeable and patient salespeople, Madison Honda is for you. Thanks again, Mark! -Caitlin & Josh More
