We had a no pressure approach from this dealership. The salesman (Mark S.) was friendly, responsive and very efficient. He contacted us as soon as he found cars that met the needs we described. He was willing to work with us on the pricing which was a little higher than we wanted but not unfair. So far we couldn't be happier with the 2010 Accord EX that we purchased and I am thrilled that my wife loves it more than I have ever seen her love any car that we (or she) has owned in the past. The car we purchased had 2 problems - discoloration of the paint on several areas of the hood which we hadn't noticed in the daylight and a defective front floor mat. When I called about these issues Mark was extremely responsive to our request for help. Mark procured a replacement mat immediately and called me back the same day- I really appreciated this. I was sure it would take a long time or it would be forgotten since I had had this type of thing happen at other dealerships in the past. The paint issue was something that the service department had tried to fix but was unable to. It appears that it is something that would require repainting the hood and would need to be paid for. At this point we did not want to do this but Mark was very honest about the situation and our options. My only complaint here is that this was a known issue and I wish they had let me know about it upfront instead of after the sale. We felt comfortable in the dealership and they make waiting there very pleasant (waiting area is good and coffee is great). I feel that we can stop in there anytime and feel welcome. Overall, a good experience that helped us dispel some to the stereotypes about car salemen and dealerships. We have had no service experience yet so I can't comment on this area of the dealership but I assume that it will be good. Thank you Madison Honda. More

Combined with my trade-in, I feel I got a terrific deal and am happy with the new car. Jacob was patient and cooperative and didn't hassle us at all. It's the third car we purchased from Madison Honda. However, the first salesman we dealt with said things that were obviously part of a spiel intended for people who knew nothing about automobiles. His remarks insulted our intelligence, and he was big on showing us a scrapbook of pictures of himself. That is why we switched to Jacob. More
