I had worked with Chris Gallo at a prior dealership, and when I heard he had moved to Madison we moved our business to Madison as well. The purpose of our visit this time was to lease my daughter her very first new car, and we were fortunate to have Mark Stocke help us through this process. Mark took the time to show my daughter the various options available to her and showed genuine excitment for my daughter as she went through this new endeavor. She especially loved the huge gift tag, which was immediately posted on FaceBook even before she had picked up the car! I have already told Mark to let me know when the new 2013 Accords come out so I can trade in my current Accord for a new one. They made me feel very comfortable and worked with me to find the car I really wanted at a good price. I purchased my car from Mike. I just moved to NJ so it took me some time to get all my paperwork in order. Mike was very helpful at keeping me posted as to what I still needed. Mike and his boss Chris were always friendly and helpful and had smiles on their faces. You can tell they really love their jobs, and don't just see their customers as dollar signs. He came back quickly with a very good price (based on my internet research). I was able to just say "Yes", without the dreaded visit from the Sales Manager (who did stop by briefly, just to say hello). The dealership, the staff, and the approach to selling me a car completely avoided the sleaziness that unfortunately has stereotyped the industry. I recommend Madison Honda and Paul Fuchs highly. Before setting foot on this dealer I went to two other Honda dealers on 22 and one in Paramus leaving not only disappointed but pressured and even upset. Mark Stocke from sales warmly greeted us and just the whole experience from there was great...I felt no pressure whatsoever to buy the car and he took his time to explain how the process worked (is first new car). I decided to purchase an Accord EX-L and the day it arrived Mark reserved a whole hour to show me the car and sat with me and went over all the features and even helped me set up the Bluetooth! He was very patient and knowledgeable (me and the friend I went with asked tons of questions). There's five Honda dealers that are a lot closer to my house than Madison; but because I had such a great experience with the sales department I will definitely comeback here to get all services performed in my car and when I need a new Honda I will be there! Also, I would recommend this place to all my friends looking to purchase a Honda...I also got a very good deal!
